Ashima Sharma is the founder and CEO of Dreami, a tech startup dedicated to bridging talent to opportunity via scalable workforce development programs. Ashima started her career as a Chemical Engineer, where she was exposed to the significance and difficulty in accessing tailored career support. After pivoting her career to the Tech industry, Ashima developed corporate strategy at Cisco and led product strategy for the flagship $1B product line at Zendesk.

Since founding Dreami, the company has gone on to impact over 12,000 individuals across over 70 different organizations, while achieving a 95% program satisfaction rating. Dreami is funded by The National Science Foundation, Techstars,  Amazon, Pivotal Ventures (Melinda Gates' venture fund), DivInc, Blackbaud and 757 Accelerate.

Ashima has been recognized by Google for Startups, Girls in Tech, Nasdaq, San Francisco Business Journal, and more for her leadership with Dreami. In her free time, Ashima can be found hiking in the Sierra Nevada.
